25 Bicycle Rides From Downtown Flagstaff 

The following is an excerpt from the book "25 Bicycle Rides From Downtown Flagstaff", written by Tim Peterson.

"Hi! My name is Tim Peterson.  I have lived in downtown Flagstaff for over 20 years and I ride my bike almost every day, year around.  I am a former (two-time) Arizona State Road Racing Champion.  I have compiled this book of downtown rides so that others can appreciate, like I do, what a great place Flagstaff is to ride bicycles.

I find that riding my bike in the forest by myself is quite conducive to meditation.  In that spirit, I have included quotations from The Way of Life, or Tao, attributed to the Chinese sage Laotzu."
